Refund policy

Refunds and replacements can be issued if the goods are damaged or defective. The customer has 14 days after the goods have been received in which to notify us at hello@saichodrinks.com. We require a receipt of proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning goods.
