DARJEELING SWIZZLE

INGREDIENTS
25ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Acacia honey
10 Mint leaves
125ml Saicho Darjeeling


GLASS & GARNISH
Serve in a highball
Garnish with mint leaves

METHOD
Build all ingredients over crushed ice in a highball, and swizzle together with a spoon until it becomes frothy. Top with a mound of crushed ice, top up with more Saicho Darjeeling, and garnish with mint sprigs.
