INGREDIENTS
30ml Japanese whiskey
20ml Peach liqueur
25ml Fresh lemon juice
10ml 1:1 sugar syrup
50ml Saicho Darjeeling

GLASS & GARNISH
Serve in a highball
Garnish with a lemon wheel and mini Japanese peach

METHOD
Add all ingredients except the Saicho Darjeeling to a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice, shake hard and strain over cubed ice in a highball glass. Top with Saicho Darjeeling, garnish and serve.
