Two botanical cocktails made with Saicho Jasmine
These two cocktails lean into botanicals, balance, and gentle structure. Designed for lingering conversations, early evenings, and tables set without fuss. Both recipes are created by Club Soda, whose approach to flavour-first drinking aligns closely with our own.
The Blushing Botanist
Floral, bitter-sweet, and quietly expressive. This is a Negroni-style moment shaped by plants, aromatics, and soft effervescence. A drink for Valentine’s, Galentine’s, or simply taking the time to enjoy something well-made.
How to make it
In a glass filled with ice, add:
- 10–15 ml Botivo, for a bitter, herbal backbone
- 35 ml Everleaf Mountain, bringing alpine aromatics and depth
- Top with 80–100 ml Saicho Jasmine Sparkling Tea, depending on the glass and the mood
- Stir gently, garnish with a slice of orange, and serve unhurried

First Flame
A lighter start to the evening. Floral, gently caffeinated, and lifted by fine bubbles.
How to make it
In a glass filled with ice, add:
- 30 ml Free Spirit Livener, bringing warmth and focus
- Top with 100 ml Saicho Jasmine Sparkling Tea
- Stir lightly and finish with a twist of citrus
Ideal for early evenings, first courses, and tables just coming to life.
