Across London, a handful of restaurants are marking the occasion with considered menus and symbolic dishes, each paired with Saicho’s single origin sparkling teas.

Yú Gé Cantonese Cuisine at Park Hyatt London River Thames
The exclusive menu, available from 14 February to 1 March, opens with Celestial soup for harmony and smooth beginnings. Fried taro with scallop speaks to rising fortune, while Peking duck represents honour and joyful reunion. Steamed lobster with vermicelli carries wishes of longevity and prosperity, fitting for the spirited energy of the Horse.
Saicho Sparkling Tea pairs beautifully with the menu, bringing clarity and lift to delicate umami flavours. A celebration shaped by heritage, ambition and forward movement.

Royal Overseas League
Chef Daren Liew returns to the Royal Over-Seas League with a bespoke Lunar New Year menu shaped by heritage and refined technique.
His cooking is structured and thoughtful, rooted in tradition yet always progressing forward, much like the spirit of the Horse. Each dish reflects years of craft and a deep respect for symbolism, making this an intimate and considered way to mark the new year.

Afternoon Tea at The Wolseley
From 16 February to 1 March, The Wolseley marks Lunar New Year with special additions to its Afternoon Tea.
Limited-edition moon cakes sit alongside celebratory sandwiches, designed for sharing. Guests can choose to pair the experience with Saicho Jasmine or Darjeeling Sparkling Tea, expressive single origin teas crafted to bring depth and balance to the table.

Dim Sum Library
Hong Kong-inspired dim sum meets Covent Garden energy at Dim Sum Library.
Watch chefs hand-make wagyu beef puffs, black truffle har gau and dan dan xiaolongbao at the open counter, while the bar pours tea-led cocktails built on real tea leaves. Saicho Sparkling Tea is served alongside the menu, offering a refined pairing to delicate dumplings and bold flavours alike.
