Alongside a thoughtfully curated menu by the Jean-Georges team, Saicho's collection of single-origin sparkling teas offers a refined non-alcoholic pairing, celebrating the complexity of tea in every glass.

Artwork by Louise Bourgeois, stained-glass by Jean-Michel Othoniel and playful illustrations by Jean Jullien create an elegant yet contemporary backdrop, setting the tone for an afternoon of discovery.
The experience begins with a choice of our rare Sparkling Teas or champagne before a selection of delicate finger sandwiches brings together British classics with vibrant South East Asian flavours. Warm English scones with Cornish clotted cream and homemade strawberry jam follow, before an exquisite collection of handcrafted pâtisserie takes centre stage.
Seasonal creations include hazelnut praliné rocher, matcha choux with cherry jam, a strawberry tart with almond frangipane and vanilla curd, alongside The Connaught's signature sablé biscuit inspired by the classic British jammy dodger. Each pastry is meticulously handcrafted by the hotel's talented pâtissiers.
