Made famous for its instagrammable location, The Dalloway Terrace and The Coral Room at the Bloomsbury hotel are two hotspots to enjoy Saicho. The floor to ceiling windows, indoor/outdoor seating and floral décor sets a romantic ambience to enjoy our Saicho Afternoon Tea - available for a limited time in celebration of International Tea day.
The doctor will see you now! If you’re ever in need of a quick fix, Dr Fern’s Gin Parlour is here to help. The speakeasy is hidden away within the Landmark Atrium shopping development in Hong Kong. Guests are taken through an immersive experience entering a ‘Waiting Room’ before reaching an eccentric apothecary-inspired drinking den. There's an extensive selection of global gins, premium tonics and of course, sparkling teas! - so don't forget to try out exclusive cocktails prescribed by Gavin Yueng.
Paired to the nines - Our collaboration with Chef de Cuisine Kael Lim Kuan Loong at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong takes food pairing to a new level. Rising 118 floors above the city in Kowloon’s International Commerce Centre, the hotel transports guests to a place of tranquillity and beauty. With beautifully refined dishes and breathtaking sky high views, the hotel is the perfect backdrop to raise a toast with a glass of Saicho.
