Saicho x Cowdray Park Polo Club Instagram Competition
Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
This competition is promoted by Saicho Drinks Ltd ("Saicho"), 12 Stoneleigh Road, Solihull, West Midlands, B91 1DG, United Kingdom. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms.
2. The Competition
This is a free prize competition. Entry is open to anyone who meets the eligibility criteria below and does not require any purchase. Winners are selected on skill and creativity, and the competition is not subject to the lottery provisions of the Gambling Act 2003 as it carries no purchase requirement of any kind.
3. Eligibility
- Open to residents of England aged 18 and over only
- Employees of Saicho Drinks Ltd, Cowdray Park Polo Club, and their immediate family members are not eligible
- Entry does not require the purchase of any Saicho product
- By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility criteria
- Saicho reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing any prize
4. Competition Period
- The competition opens on 2nd July 2025 and closes at midnight on 8th July 2025
- Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be considered
5. How to Enter
- To enter, participants must follow @saichodrinks on Instagram, like the competition post, and answer the following question in the comments:
"Tell us who you'd bring and which Saicho you'd pour, and which match you can make: Semi-Finals (15th July) or Finals (19th July)." - Entrants may gain one additional entry by resharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Stories and tagging @saichodrinks
- Entries must be submitted in English
- Entries must state which match (or both) the entrant is able to attend
- Saicho reserves the right to disqualify any entry containing offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
6. The Prizes
There are 4 prizes available:
- 2 prizes: A pair of tickets to the Cowdray Park Polo Club Semi-Finals on 15th July, plus a 750ml bottle of Saicho Sparkling Tea, winner's choice of expression
- 2 prizes: A pair of tickets to the Cowdray Park Polo Club Finals on 19th July, plus a 750ml bottle of Saicho Sparkling Tea, winner's choice of expression
- Winners are matched to the prize tier corresponding to the match they confirmed they can attend in their entry
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available
- Saicho reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require
7. Travel and Transportation
- Travel and transportation to and from Cowdray Park Polo Club is not included in any prize
- Winners are solely responsible for arranging and funding their own travel and transportation
- Saicho Drinks Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any travel or transportation costs incurred by winners or their guests
8. Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected by a judging panel from Saicho Drinks Ltd based on the quality and creativity of their entry
- Judging criteria: creativity, warmth, and how well the response captures the spirit of the Saicho and polo occasion
- Within entries available for the Semi-Finals, the 2 strongest are selected. Within entries available for the Finals, the 2 strongest are selected. Entrants who confirmed availability for both matches may be considered for either tier at Saicho's discretion
- The judging panel's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into
9. Winner Notification
- Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message on 9th July 2025
- Winners must confirm their eligibility, including England residency and confirmed attendance at the relevant match, before any prize is issued
- Winners will be asked to confirm their preferred Saicho expression when contacted
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours, fails to confirm eligibility, or cannot attend the relevant match, Saicho reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining entries available for that match
- Winners will be announced on Saicho's Instagram Stories on 10th July 2025
10. Data and Privacy
- Personal data submitted will be used solely for administering the competition and notifying winners
- Entries will not be added to any marketing list without the explicit consent of the entrant
- Saicho's full privacy policy is available at saichodrinks.com
11. General
- Saicho reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw this competition at any time without prior notice
- Saicho accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or incomplete due to technical issues
- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms Inc
- By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta Platforms Inc from any liability in connection with this competition
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales
