SAICHO FESTIVE GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER

This giveaway is promoted by Saicho Sparkling Tea Limited ("Saicho", "we", "us", "our"), registered in England and Wales.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only.

2.2. Employees, contractors, and their immediate families of Saicho Sparkling Tea Limited and any associated companies are not eligible to enter.

2.3. By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

3.1. The giveaway opens at 12:00 PM (GMT) on Saturday, 13th December 2024.

3.2. The giveaway closes at 12:00 PM (GMT) on Saturday, 21st December 2024.

3.3. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1. To enter, participants must:

a) Follow @saichodrinks on Instagram

b) Like the giveaway post

c) Comment on the giveaway post sharing a festive ritual that brings them together this season

4.2. Optional: Participants may tag friends in additional comments for extra entries. Each tagged friend counts as one additional entry.

4.3. All entries must be made via Instagram. No other method of entry will be accepted.

4.4. There is no limit to the number of entries per person via friend tags.

4.5. Participants must have a public Instagram account or ensure their entry comment is visible to @saichodrinks.

5. THE PRIZE

5.1. There are 10 prizes available, each consisting of:

- One Saicho tea towel

- One Saicho notebook

- One mini bottle (200ml) of Saicho Osmanthus Sparkling Tea

5.2. The total prize value is approximately £[INSERT VALUE] per winner.

5.3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative products.

5.4. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

6.1. Ten winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 48 hours of the giveaway closing.

6.2. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @saichodrinks only within 7 days of the giveaway closing.

6.3. Winners must respond to the DM within 7 days of notification to claim their prize.

6.4. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

6.5. Winners will be required to provide a valid UK postal address for prize delivery.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

7.1. Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of the winner providing their postal address.

7.2. We are not responsible for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

7.3. Delivery is to UK addresses only.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1. Saicho reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and winners.

8.2. Saicho reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if we have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions, acted fraudulently, or in bad faith.

8.3. Entries must not contain content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate as determined by Saicho in its sole discretion.

8.4. By entering, participants grant Saicho permission to share their Instagram username and entry comment on Saicho's social media channels and marketing materials.

8.5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

8.6. By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to this promotion.

9. DATA PROTECTION

9.1. Personal information provided during entry will be used solely for administering this giveaway.

9.2. Winners' information will be used to arrange prize delivery.

9.4. Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the giveaway and fulfill prize delivery.

10. LIABILITY

10.3. Saicho is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, or providers, or any damage to any participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this giveaway.

11. MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION

11.1. Saicho reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if circumstances arise beyond our control.

11.2. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on the giveaway post and/or via Instagram Stories from @saichodrinks.

12. GOVERNING LAW

12.1. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.

12.2. Any disputes arising from this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
