Saicho x St. Pancras Spa Mother's Day Giveaway: Win a 5 Star Luxury Spa Experience

Saicho x St. Pancras Spa London Giveaway (“The Giveaway”) will have the following mechanics:

Entrants must:

• Like and save the giveaway post.
• Follow @stpancrasren and @saichodrinks on Instagram.
• Tag another person they know in the comments section of the post. 
• Accounts tagged must be personal accounts. Business accounts tagged are not eligible entries. Celebrity accounts, and influencer accounts tagged that do not follow back the entrant do not count as eligible entries.
• Add the post to the Entrant’s Instagram stories for an additional entry
• Be based in the UK and is able to travel to London to claim their prize.
• There is no minimum purchase necessary to participate in this competition. 
• Promotion runs from 26 February 2024 - 8 March 2024. The Giveaway will accept entries until 8 March 2024, 11:59 PM UK Time.
• Winners will be announced via Instagram Stories on @saichodrinks’ Instagram accounts on 11 March 2024.

1. One (1) Winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Messaging by Saicho Drinks on or before 12 March 2024.
2. The Winner will win: Spa Experience (30 Mins Treatment + Use of Spa Facilities) for two (2) people with 2 glasses of Saicho Sparkling Tea and 1 set of 750mL Saicho Collection, shipped to the winner’s given address
3. The winner is responsible for checking dietary requirements and allergies prior to consumption of any products, items or dining services provided in this giveaway
4. The winner is responsible for shouldering the cost of their transportation.
5. No cash alternative is offered for prizes. All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The winner cannot change, vary, substitute or extend any element of the prize (in whole or in part).
6. If the winner does not respond within 3 working days, the prizes may be rendered invalid, and an alternative winner may be contacted at the discretion of The St. Pancras Spa and Saicho.
7. The St. Pancras Spa and Saicho are not responsible for loss or damage to prizes during shipment, and are not responsible for providing replacement prizes to winners.
8. St. Pancras Spa is responsible for fulfilling the following prize: Spa Experience (30 Mins Treatment + Use of Spa Facilities) for two (2) people with 2 glasses of Saicho Sparkling Tea. The said prize from St. Pancras Spa is valid to be claimed until 10 March 2025.
9. Saicho is responsible for fulfilling the following prize: 1 set of 750 mL Saicho Collection, shipped to the winner’s address 
10. Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the prize package is excluded.
